We work closely with council planning departments on our design and specifications, led by our Architect. Head of terms are then agreed with our appointed construction team.

Planning permission obtained

Architect drawings submitted to council for approval.

Groundworks commence

Along with Sub-structure build.

Secure your room with our appointed agent by completing a simple reservation form and making your initial deposit.

Solicitors instructed for investors

Your agent will instruct the solicitor to begin works on your file. Including request to provide AML documents* *Anti-Money Laundering

Deposits held in escrow

On exchange of contracts, you will be required to transfer 25% of the purchase price to your solicitor. These funds will be held securely in escrow until the completion of the development

Super structure watertight

With works having already commenced, the development will be watertight from the elements in Q2 2020.

Anticipated Completion

On practical completion, your solicitor will request the balance of funds (75% of purchase price). Once the transaction is complete, you will benefit from your contractually guaranteed rental returns paid quarterly in arrears.
